In 2024, we asked an uncomfortable question in client projects: “What does ChatGPT actually recommend when someone asks about our industry?” The answer was sobering – nobody knew. There was no data, no tools, no methodology. Just gut feeling and the odd screenshot.
At the same time, search behavior was shifting fast: millions of people now ask an AI first, before they google. The world's most important new recommendation channel emerged – completely unobserved.
So we built GeoTrova: a tool that makes AI visibility as routinely measurable as Google rankings. Across five platforms, three of them daily, with metrics that carry decisions – and recommendations that turn data into action.
Behind GeoTrova there is
an agency.
GeoTrova is a product of Suchhelden GmbH from Osnabrück. We have been making brands visible in search engines since 2012, and today more than 140 people work on it. When search behaviour shifted towards AI, we needed numbers instead of screenshots – so we built the tool ourselves.
That is why what gets built into GeoTrova is not decided by a roadmap, but by what we actually need in client projects. And that is why your questions are answered by someone who works with the same data you do.
